Woo, so anyways, we got alot of calls today regarding intermittent services (aka everything will cut out every 10 mins including SDP.) And what was our explanation to these paying customers?

"Sir, it's the weather. The sun is the culprit here. Please direct all inquiries and/or concerns to mother nature, thanks."

Yep, good to know that we have a weather condition to blame on every season. In September, it'll be the rain we put the blame on. Absolutely ludicrous? Not completely. Only explaining it to the customer is.

Usual escalations today, although it really got quiet around the afternoon. Was in ready mode for 5 mins at a time. It's like the calm before the storm hits in September. No pun intended.
