Okay, I suppose it's time to make a post. I'll definitely be posting after tomorrow re: EVANESCENCE CONCERT YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!11111. Yes, I'm excited as hell. It's so hilarious - I'm such a seeming introvert that no one would ever suspect me of emo'ing it out at a rock concert. Haha.
I'm just so thrilled today. I found out that I'm most likely going to be going on a trip to China in the month of June, all expenses paid by my school. Omg, it'll be great, minus the sanitation which I'm really not looking forward to, but hey! It's the experience that counts. The only problem I see is my dear old company agreeing to give me a leave of absence for a month. I wonder how they'll take that. Either way, if I get accepted into the opportunity by BCIT, then I'm going, whether or I get management approval or not. Which likely means quitting. Funny how full time school won't do it to me, but a trip to China will. I really want to go!
Speaking of my dear old company... it looks like they are, to say the least, extremely desperate for new people, because they have just lowered the requirements on the TSR position on the website. How deflating. "High school diploma required" VS "Diploma/Degree required". No wonder alot of our new recruits are asses, transferring those HDTV calls to me after taking the commission on the DCTs. Bastards. I would be so pissed if they told me that they can't give me that leave of absence.
Did anyone loveee the intermittent dial tone situation we had going last week? I know you did S. I know *I* did. Goddamn it. It went off every half an hour, triggering a spike in the SDP queue everytime. I sent an email to the TSR 2's "SAVE USSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!". That was a long time ago though. I try to push these occurences out of my mind as quickly as they come. Customers, I'm sure, will think differently. Oh god. How did our stock jump up to an all-time high last week again? We're gonna plummet dammit. PLUMMETTTTTT.
Anyways, will be posting about concert soon. WOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
