Frustrating product. Frustrating job. /wrists

Seriously, why didn't I just stick to internet/cable like rest of the sane people. God I'm tired of this shitty product and shitty customer service. I can't believe customers have stuck it out so long sometimes. *sigh* I'm tired of being yelled at. I really am.

I want out. I want a job where I can just keep to myself and not deal with the bullshittery we're constantly feeding customers. Geezuz christ, just tell customers the truth. I don't understand why we need to keep lying. Customers will leave regardless. Where's the integrity in lying seriously??? God, some company values we have.

*sigh* Frustrated worker. I dread walking into work everyday, anticipating the next call I'm to be yelled at.
