Customers - making me stupider every day.

I r feel smrt talking to sum customers. It's a good job I have actually. It makes me feel smarter than I really am.

This one customer just made my day, and thus I must blog about his unintended charity towards me. Conversation as follows:

"Thanks for blah blah blah.. How can we help?"
*OMINOUS, SLOW QUIET TONE*
"My TV. It shows no sign of life."
"Uh... ok, so what're the symptoms?"
"Eliminated. It is eliminated."
"Is it black....?"
"Eliminated."
"Snowy perhaps?"
"Eliminated."
*stifled giggle*
"Ha... um no picture then."
"It's eliminated."
"Righto then. I'll try fixing it."

Ahahaha. It's just the tone he said it in. Omg, he was so calm in saying it, and was saying it in a soft tone that made it almost seem like he was haunted or something haha.

Anyhoo, back to the grind.
